What we look for:

  • 8+ years of experience in one or more of Lydium's focus areas, including technology scale-up, pilot plants, or founder/investor advisory
  • Experience delivering projects in one of Lydium's core technical areas, or a strong motivation to bring your area of expertise to Lydium.
  • Mastery of technical skills in your focus area
  • Professional designation in your field (e.g. P.Eng.)
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and business development aptitude
